个人简介

樊祥宁博士、教授、博导。东南大学信息科学与工程学院(原无线电工程系)教授,通信与信息系统专业博士,电子科学与技术专业博士生导师。目前是信息学院、微电子学院、吴健雄学院等学院导师。

分别在南京邮电学院电信工程和数字信号处理专业获工学学士和硕士学位,97年起为移动通信国家重点实验室在职博士,获工学博士学位。2005年,参加了欧盟伽利略卫星导航系统JEAGAL计划;05年至06年,于意大利都灵理工大学和ISMB研究所等单位进修访问一年,11年于美国里海大学进修等。

88年起,从事射频集成电路、宽带与超宽带无线通信、组合导航定位、移动通信等方面的科研与教学,是《信号与信息处理系列课程国家教学团队》、国家精品课程《信号与系统》和教育部首批精品视频公开课专业导论视频公开课主要成员,获《信号与系统》国家精品资源共享课、国家精品课程和江苏省优秀课程一等奖、江苏省《信号与信息系统课程群》优秀课程一等奖。00年至今任东南大学信息学院硕导,08年起至今任博导。截止20186月已培养12名博士生和近160名硕士。

目前正负责国家电网2017科技项目《面向   LTE 与电力物联网的融合机器通信芯片及其系统研究与开发》和国家电网2018科技项目《多业务广覆盖的窄带物联网(NB-IoT)电力应用技术研究》,参与在研国家自然科学基金项目和国家重大专项项目;负责完成了十一五国家863目标导向类项目《无线传感网节点嵌入式SoC芯片和射频收发芯片设计》;作为副组长负责完成了国家自然科学基金项目《40Gb/s   单片集成光接收机芯片及信号完整性研究》;作为主要成员完成了国家重大科学研究计划(973)项目《硅基毫米波亚毫米波集成电路与系统的基础研究》中子课题四《30110GHz   硅基集成电路设计与实验研究》两期(3+2)五年期项目;参加并完成了《基于超宽带技术的小区域高速无线多媒体网络关键技术的研究》、《W-CDMA关键技术的研究》和《用于第三代无线通信系统的小波包分解多址技术的研究》3项国家自然科学基金项目;负责、参加并完成了《超宽带无线通信关键技术及其兼容与共存技术》、《基于多带体制的超宽带无线通信技术》、《超宽带无线传输技术研究与开发(3)》、《无线局域网信息安全》和《公共无线局域网络(PWLAN)安全体系及其应用研究》等5项国家863计划项目;负责完成了1项教育部聘专重点项目《超宽带脉冲无线通信》;主持负责完成了6项企业合作项目(其中3项为国际合作项目)的研发工作;作为主要成员参加完成了1项欧盟项目。完成国家专利21项,8项已授权;其中以第一发明人完成的国家专利19项,7项已授权并获得证书。

Biographic:

  

FAN Xiangning, Dr., Professor, and PhD student adviser

Prof./PhD FAN Xiangningmale.   Prof./PhD Fan is now a full Professor and PhD student adviser in Institute of   RF-&-OE-ICs, School of Information Science and Engineering (formerly as   Department of Wireless Engineering), Southeast University (SEU), in the field   of Electronics Science and Techniques, Circuits and Systems, and   Communication and Information Systems.

Dr. Fan received the B. S. degree in Telecommunication   Engineering, and the M. S. degree in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), both   from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT), in 1985 and   1988 respectively with first class Academy Awards. From 1997, he becomes a   part time Ph.D in National Communications Research Laboratory   (NCRL),SoutheastUniversityand received the Ph.D degree in Communication and   Information Systems from NCRL with Grade A in 2005.

From 1988, he works in the Department and NCRL, teaching and   researching in the fields of radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs),   broadband and ultra-wideband wireless communications, hybrid navigation and   positioning, spreading communications, digital signal processing, and signals   and systems, etc, and finished more than 20 major projects. He has won   several National and Jiangsu Province Teaching Awards, including the National   and Jiangsu Province Most Elaborate Course of “Signals and Systems”, and   “Signals and Information Systems” Most Excellent Group Courses Awards. He has   token charge and joined several National 973 projects, National 863 Hi-Tech   projects and National Nature Science Foundation projects about RF techniques,   Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless communication   system, 3G/4G Mobile Communication Systems, and Wireless Communication System   Information Security. Dr. Fan has also finished several international   cooperation or company cooperated projects with ADI, Huawei and Panda Inc.

Dr. Fan has applied 21 national patents and 8 issued patents. He   has published more than 140 papers in authority journals and IEEE conferences   like IEEE T-CAS, IEEE Comm. Letters, IET Electronic Letters, IET Radar, Sonar   & Navigation, Signal Processing, Sensor Letters, Springer AICASP, ACES   Journal, Chinese Journal of Electronics, Journal of Semiconductors, IEEE   APCCAS, ICSICT, ICCCAS, RFIT, WiCOM, WCSP, VTC and SENSORCOMM, with more than   110 papers SCI or EI Indexed.  His current research interests include   Radio Frequency ICs (RFICs), MMICS, Comm. and ULSI/VLSI high speed digital   ICs, hybrid navigation and position systems, digital and analog mixed ICs,   ICs for digital wireless receivers, next generation mobile communication   systems, and modern signal processing and ICs design for future wireless   communications.
