学术简介:

从事低功耗射频/微波集成电路、MEMS/CMOS混合集成电路、可穿戴/植入式射频芯片等。在集成电路领域发表论文四十余篇,其中九篇IEEE   Transaction/Journals、两篇ISSCC、一篇CICC、一篇ASSCC、三篇IMS、四篇IET Electronics   Letters2013/2014年连续两次在集成电路领域的奥林匹克会议ISSCC上发表文章(分别为第一和第二作者);2018年在集成电路领域顶级期刊JSSC上发表论文一篇(第一作者);2018年发表于Electronics Letters的论文(第一作者)被遴选为特色论文。
