潘存华

东南大学信息科学与工程学院正高级研究员,紫金学者。研究领域为无线通信中的信号处理,包括传输设计,信道估计与定位,通感一体化,AI辅助通信等。2010年本科毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,2015年博士毕业于东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室(直博)。2015年到2016年在英国肯特大学从事博士后工作,参与欧盟地平线2020项目研究。2016年到2019年在英国伦敦玛丽女王大学(罗素集团,通信专业软科世界排名第26、英国第2)担任高级研究员。2019年至2021年担任英国伦敦玛丽女王大学助理教授(永久教职)兼博士生导师,202112月起在东南大学信息科学与工程学院工作。

近年来共发表/录用通信领域IEEE权威期刊130余篇(60余篇IEEE Trans论文,8IEEE JSAC)。发表/录用第一/通信作者IEEE期刊论文70余篇,包括8JSAC15TWC5TSP7TCOM20223月份有20IEEE期刊论文为相应期刊当前热点下载论文(各个期刊全部文章中当月下载量排名前50)。共11篇论文入选ESI高被引论文(引用前1%),2篇第一作者论文入选ESI热点文章(引用前1‰),1篇亮点论文。另外,发表/录用通信领域旗舰会议ICCGlobecom等国际会议论文50余篇。谷歌学术总引用6000余次,H因子为402021年被引2400余次。在IEEE信号处理学会、国际会议等作特邀报告10余次。获2022年度IEEE通信协会伦纳德·亚伯拉罕奖(通信领域顶级期刊IEEE JSAC最佳论文,第一完成人,大陆仅清华大学和北京大学著名课题组获得过此奖)2014Globecom最佳论文提名奖,IEEE   Transactions on Communications 2020度杰出审稿人,IEEE   Wireless Communication Letters 2020度杰出审稿人, IEEE   Wireless Communication Letters 2021度杰出审稿人等奖项。

现担任IEEE   Wireless Communications LettersIEEE Communications Letters6个国际期刊编委以及通信领域顶级期刊IEEE   Journal on Selected Areas in Communications客座编辑。领衔组织4个关于可重构智能表面(Reconfigurable   Intelligent SurfaceRIS)技术的IEEE期刊专刊,包括信号处理领域顶级杂志IEEE   Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing和车载通信领域权威期刊IEEE   Vehicular Technology Magazine。担任IEEE WCNC 2024   Workshop主席和IEEE ICCT 2022 TPC Co-chair。作为初始创始人之一共同创办IEEE通信学会关于可重构智能超表面的新技术倡议组织,负责WorkshopSymposia等专题。

主持/参与欧盟重大地平线科研项目、英国自然科学基金EPSRC、国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、华为横向合作项目等,总金额超3000万元。联合培养多位博士生以优异成绩完成学业,包括德国洪堡学者、英国牛顿学者、欧盟玛丽居里学者、英国伦敦大学学院博士后等优秀博士。独立培养5位博士生,第一位博士生发表4IEEE TSP,受加拿大工程院院士、IEEE通信学会副主席、IEEE TCOM前主编Robert Schober教授邀请赴德国做洪堡学者。指导第二位博士生解决了RIS辅助通信系统中基于双时间尺度机制的传输设计问题,可应用于高移动性场景,相关成果发表/录用IEEE期刊论文6篇,包括IEEE   JSACIEEE TCOM各一篇。同时,在投一篇IEEE Transactions   on Information Theory处于大修状态。曾指导2位国内老师在英国访问期间解决了RIS辅助物理层安全和认知无线电系统的传输设计问题,发表4IEEE Trans.期刊论文。

潘存华老师对学生的指导是全方面的,包括文献讲解,给出具体研究问题,推导指导,论文修改等等。最近几年(联合)培养的硕士和博士的成果都比较丰富,硕士毕业后有去海外著名高校攻读博士学位,比如加拿大UBC大学,博士毕业生有德国洪堡学者,英国牛顿学者,世界名校的博士后等。目前我指导的硕士或博士学生有来自中科大,北理工,东南,成电,华南理工,南理工等名校。欢迎各位有志想认真做研究的学生加入潘老师课题组。同时,潘存华老师与国外诸多名校学者专家建立了紧密的合作关系,可推荐课题组学生赴美国加州大学分校、加拿大UBC大学、英国UCL、英国帝国理工、英国南安普顿大学和英国伦敦玛丽女王大学等一系列著名高校攻读博士学位。
