1. 高性能电磁计算:算子预条件,复杂度降阶,周期结构高效率计算,跨尺度特征高精度处理。

智能实时计算:模型降阶,光刻掩模逆设计。
3.
新型电磁理论推广和应用:Wigner-Smith群时延理论,随机介质波前操控,色散抑制,快速扫频算法。
