Recently, the China Press Conference for ISSCC 2026, known as the "Chip Olympics", was held at Purple Mountain Laboratories in Nanjing. The conference presented the paper acceptance statistics and latest research trends of ISSCC 2026.This year’s ISSCC received a total of 1,025 submitted papers worldwide, among which only 257 were accepted. Each accepted paper represents state-of-the-art research progress in the chip industry. Southeast University had six papers accepted, ranking third among mainland Chinese universities. Four of these six papers were contributed by the School of Information Science and Engineering.

The statistics cover first-author papers with the first affiliated institution from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, demonstrating a continuous upward trend in accepted paper volumes, with institutions covering all technical tracks and an increasing number of primary affiliations.The four accepted research achievements are detailed as follows:
