Personal photosPersonal introductionPeng Chen was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1989. He received the B.E. degree in 2011 and the Ph.D. degree in 2017, both from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, China. From March 2015 to April 2016, he was a visiting scholar in the Electrical Engineering Department, Columbia University, New York, NY, USA. He is currently an associate professor at the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves at Southeast University. His research interests include target localization, super-resolution reconstruction, and array signal processing. In recent years, he has published 22 high-level papers related to array signal processing, including nine papers in the top journals in the field of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2019, he published the paper Off-grid DOA estimation using sparse Bayesian learning in MIMO radar with unknown mutual coupling in the journal IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, which has attracted the attention of scholars in the field of DOA estimation. Currently, he is a member of IEEE and CIE and a reviewer for many internationally renowned journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. In 2021, he published a monograph, New Radar System Optimization and Target Position Methods (Science Press). He was a recipient of the Best Paper Award from the 2017 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Control, Computing, and Electronic Engineering. He won the third prize of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Award in 2021 with the project Key Technology Development and Application Technology of Beidou Intelligent Terminal. |
