Personal photosPersonal introductionXiangning Fan received the BS and MS degrees both from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in 2005 with a Grade A from the National Communications Research Laboratory (NCRL), Southeast University. Since 1988, he has worked at Southeast University and is a full professor and PhD student adviser in the Institute of RF-&-OE-ICs, School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University. Prof. Fan has finished more than 40 major projects of National 973 projects, National 863 Hi-Tech projects, and National Nature Science Foundation projects on RF, WSN, UWB, GNSS, and 3G/4G/5G/6G Mobile Systems, and published more than 150 papers in IEEE T-CAS I and II, IEEE Communications Letters, IET Electronic Letters, IET Radar, Sonar & Navigation, Signal Processing, Sensor Letters, Springer AICASP, JCSC, ACES Journal, etc. with more than 120 papers SCI/EI indexed. Prof. Fan has applied for about 30 national invention patents. His current research interests include radio frequency ICs (RFICs), MMICs, digital and analog mixed ICs, and IC design for future wireless communications.
