早稻田IPS联合学术报告会今年的组织形式发生了变化，组织方已委托专业会议论文申请系统操作，时间节点论文投稿延迟到8月31日截止，9月5日宣布论文是否录用。
经2、4、6、8、22、61等几个学院今日讨论决定，由各位同学自行按照会议要求注册并上传论文，论文主要由会议组织方审稿，如9月5日被宣布录用，几个学院将根据审稿结果结合各学院情况决定给予资助的名额
