研究方向:

主要研究方向包括毫米波太赫兹CMOS/SiGe高速通信芯片技术、太赫兹频率源等。主持国家重点研发项目芯片课题、国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目,及旗舰企业联合开发芯片项目等。发表高水平学术论文八十余篇,持有多项国家发明专利,在国际学术会议作邀请报告及担任国内太赫兹学术会议TPC共主席等,担任多个国际顶级期刊特邀审稿人,获得“教育部学术新人奖”、“紫金青年学者”等。
