潘存华

东南大学信息科学与工程学院青年首席教授,博士生导师,国家重点研发计划项目青年首席科学家国家级青年人才(海外)江苏省杰青科睿唯安全球高被引科学家,爱思唯尔中国高被引科学家,江苏省特聘教授。研究领域为无线通信中的信号处理,包括传输设计,信道估计与定位,通感一体化,AI辅助通信等。2010年本科毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,2015年博士毕业于东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室(直博)。2015年到2016年在英国肯特大学从事博士后工作,参与欧盟地平线2020项目研究。2016年到2019年在英国伦敦玛丽女王大学(罗素集团,通信专业软科世界排名第26、英国第2)担任高级研究员。2019年至2021年担任英国伦敦玛丽女王大学助理教授(永久教职)兼博士生导师,202112月底起加入东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室。

近年来IEEE TITTSPJSACJSTSPTWCTCOMIEEE权威期刊发表论文200余篇,其中第一/通信作者IEEE期刊论文140余篇,28ESI高被引论文(引用前1%),8ESI热点文章(引用前1‰),1篇亮点论文。另外,发表/录用通信领域旗舰会议ICCGlobecom等国际会议论文100余篇。谷歌学术总引用1.9万余次,H因子为70。在IEEE信号处理学会、国际会议等作特邀报告30余次。

2022年度IEEE通信学会伦纳德·亚伯拉罕奖、2022年度IEEE通信协会亚太杰出青年研究奖、2024年度IEEE通信学会Fred W.   Ellersick奖、IEEE通信学会CTTC早期成就奖(大陆首位获奖者)IEEE通信学会SPCC早期成就奖(全球每年仅一位)、2023年度IEEE通信学会海因里希·赫兹提名奖、2024IEEE信号处理学会最佳论文提名奖等奖项。入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家(2023, 2024),爱思唯尔中国高被引科学家,AI 2000最有影响力学者等。

团队经费充足,潘存华主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、江苏省杰青、国家自然科学基金外国资深专家团队项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目课题等多项国家级项目及课题,同时主持多项产业界合作项目,进行产学研合作。团队配置覆盖Sub-6G和毫米波频段的完整收发机平台(基于NI-USRP   410和毫米波相控阵等),可供学生验证所提算法在实际通信系统中的性能。团队同时配置完整的260GHz-400GHz太赫兹信道测量仪器平台以及通感一体化硬件平台等,可供对工程研究感兴趣的同学从事科研。

本人手把手指导学生做科研,包括文献阅读、研究想法、数学推导、仿真和论文写作等。独立指导1位学生入选海外优青,独立指导1位学生入选欧盟玛丽居里学者,(联合)培养十余位学生获国家奖学金,培养一位硕士生入选首届东南大学研究生校长奖学金(东南大学研究生最高荣誉,全校每年仅10位硕士生获奖)等。
