2006年和2009年于河海大学获得学士学位和硕士学位，2014于东南大学信息科学与工程学院获得博士学位，师从尤肖虎教授。2014年12月起，就职于东南大学信息科学与工程学院，历任讲师、副教授、教授，目前担任“2011计划”无线通信技术协同创新中心副主任、通信学科教工党支部书记、学院工会副主席。
主持多项国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、江苏省科技重大专项课题，以及多项与业内领先企业的产学研合作项目，课题组经费充足。第一作者/通信作者发表SCI论文70余篇，IEEE WC、IEEE IoT Journal、 IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM等通信领域国际顶级期刊论文30余篇；申请国家发明专利40余项。
研究方向：6G无蜂窝智能无线接入网、海量终端高可靠低时延通信（Massive URLLC）、多站协同通感一体化（Cooperative Multi-Static ISAC）、6G极致连接（空时互换理论、空时二维编码）、未来移动通信综合试验平台的研发及试验验证。
学生指导：每年可招生博士研究生2名左右，硕士研究生8名（通信与信息系统和通信芯片与微系统两个专业）。目前课题组内有博士研究生10余人、硕士研究生30余人、本科生10余人。课题组学生培养质量优异，获得国家奖学金、优秀毕业研究生、省优/校优本科毕设论文的人数名列前茅。研究生毕业去向包括高校、通信领域顶尖企业（多人顶薪）、紫金山实验室、运营商、研究所、国家电网等。欢迎积极认真、踏实稳重的本科生和研究生同学加入本课题组交流学习。具体信息可参见课题组网站：http://knowleedge.cn/#/
