Position: Analog IC Design Intern (模拟IC设计实习生)
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing
Primary Responsibilities:
Definition, design, layout, and characterization of high performance linear voltage regulators, switching voltage regulators, data converters, power drive and control, transceivers, active filters, switched capacitor design, and battery charging blocks utilizing BiCMOS technology which will be integrated into a larger ASIC driving true SoC applications.
Qualifications:
¨ 2nd year in Master or Ph.D program, Electronic Engineering or other related majors
¨ Using Unix, PC/Documentation tools
¨ CET6 or equivalent
¨ Strong indication of solid understanding about related course works
¨ Strong communication skills
¨ Analog IC design knowledge in areas such as Bandgaps, Amps, Comparators, A2D's, D2A's, Linear Voltage Regulators, Switching Voltage Regulators, Switched Capacitor, Active Filters, etc.
¨ Process and Device Physics knowledge are a strong plus.
¨ Software tools such as Cadence Analog Artist/Virtuoso/Silicon Ensemble, Synopsys, SPICE, etc.
¨ Have strong layout knowledge and parasitic component understanding
¨ BiCMOS/CMOS knowledge, High Voltage/High Current design, ESD, Sensor, Wafer fab and Process, Yield enhancement, Modelling, ESD, motor control, and RF design tools knowledge will be helpfull
Position: Analog Field Application Intern (模拟应用实习生)
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing
Primary Responsibilities:
Focus on Analog includes Amplifiers & Linear; Clocks & Timers ;Data Converters; Interface; Logic and Power Management.
¨ New EVM board test
¨ Customer issue duplicate and debug
¨ Prepare some training foils
¨ Provide appropriate collateral such as datasheets, apps notes, samples, selection guides, etc.
Qualifications:
¨ 2nd year in Master program, Electronic Engineering or other related majors
¨ Prefer to have project experience before (like analog IC design or system implementation)
¨ “To be an engineer” is career goal, strong interest on analog knowledge
¨ Technical motivated, but also like communication with other
¨ Geographic Flexibility
¨ Values are consistent with TI's ethics and business philosophy
¨ Excellent English language skills, passed CET 6
¨ Ability to build influential relationships
¨ Problem-solving and teamwork
¨ Initiative, planning and organizing
Position: Embedded Processing Field Application Intern (嵌入式应用实习生)
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing
Responsibilities:
Focus on Embedded Processing includes Microcontrollers (16-bit; 32-bit Real-time and 32-bit ARM) Products and DSP Products.
¨ Select appropriate devices from TI’s product portfolio
¨ Provide assistance to TI applications engineer
¨ Provide training by offering TI’s training courses
¨ Provide appropriate collateral such as datasheets, apps notes, samples, selection guides, etc.
Qualifications Needed:
¨ 2nd year in Master program, Electronic Engineering or other related majors
¨ Have project experience before (MCU would be preferred )
¨ “To be an engineer” is career goal, strong interest on Embedded Processing knowledge
¨ Technical motivated, but also like communication with other
¨ Geographic Flexibility
