JOB TITLE: Service Engineer

ORGANIZATION: Service Delivery Operation China South, Region China and North East Asia

LOCATION: Guangzhou

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a position for the service engineer intern in the service delivery organization of Ericsson China. The candidate is expected to work effectively on network deployment and integration area. Job duties include:

·         To deliver Network Integration services for Ericsson network, like IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), GPRS, IP backbone, GSM, WCDMA, and other wireless or wire-line networks.

·         To be responsible for Ericsson Network Design, Product Configuration, verification testing, troubleshooting and new feature testing and so on.

·         To be responsible for the integration service of the 3rd party products in Ericsson network system, such as Lanswitch, Firewall, Database, UNIX/LINUX server, Application server, web/mail servers.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

·         Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication is required.

·         Excellent English on both oral and writing. CET-6 or above is required.

·         Advanced knowledge & experience of TCP/IP, UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, Sybase, Web/Mail server, SQL, CORBA, XML is needed.

·         Experience in IT or VoIP is preferred.
