四、职位详细信息：
1）实习生职位（面向2017年毕业的在校生）：
1. Intern - mNAND Product Validation Engineer
Job Description:
Micron Technology’s mNAND validation team is focused on validating leading-edge mobile NAND products which incorporated advanced FW and HW changes. We are studying requirements for new product, defining test strategy, develop new test program. We will execute the product validation in cycles, doing result analysis, also provide failure analysis on internal and customer reported issues.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth study of product requirement, JEDEC spec, Nand datasheet and FW design document, define test strategy, develop test plans for full coverage.
- Translating the plan into executable tests utilizing industry standard and internally developed test tools and platforms.
- Execute the tests as per planned, analyze result. Triage, isolate the issues, and follow up closely with issue owner.
- Analyze customer reported issues, study customer usage model and make effort to enhance in future validation plan.
- Enhance test methodology to shorten validation cycle time at later product stage and ensure no coverage escape.
- Support design team for definition of future products’ requirements.
- Develop or enhance automation framework for enabling large volume validation.
- Define requirement of HW/SW test tools, bring up and evaluate the tools usability on testing products. Checkout every SW changes on the tools.
Requirements:
· Expertise in the use of C and C++, scripting languages, programming tools and environments (Python is a plus)
· Able to use outlook, excel, word, power point software
· Experienced with lab tools: LA, OSC, TRACE
· Storage related experience is a plus
Additional requirements:
· Good at English (both written and verbal)
· Good communication skills
· Ability to handle short-notice needs/requests
· Able to work parallel with multiple tasks
· Continuous study and perform progressively
· Able to work at least 3 days per week
Education

2. Intern - SSD Firmware Engineer
Job Description:
Exciting opportunities awaits you at Micron’s fast growing Shanghai Design Center. As a Firmware Engineer (固件工程师/嵌入式软件工程师) in Micron, you will work with an exceptionally talented core team based in Shanghai, to develop cutting-edge advanced controller firmware for NAND-based mass storage products in the consumer and enterprise segments. In this position, you will be part of the team that design, and implement firmware solutions for these target markets. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fellow US based firmware engineers and system hardware design engineers, product engineers, Flash memory design engineers, to solve cross-functional design issues.
Responsibilities:
Develop structured and clearly commented source code, test and qualify your firmware module for integration; ensure relevant technical information is documented, organized, and analyzed; propose innovation, projects / products. Your focus will be on firmware performance and reliability in the system and the target application. As needed, you will develop new test tools and methods. Using analysis equipment or software, you should demonstrate ability to effectively analyze and resolve functional or performance issues with the firmware and hardware in test environments or target host systems. You will also have opportunity to participate in product architecture definition and module design.
Requirements:
- Coding skills using C language.
- Willing to develop his/her future career in firmware developing.
- Hands-on and willing to learn.
- Score requirement: passed all the tests not including makeup score.
- English language skill in writing and speaking.
- Good communication and team work spirit.
- Ability to present at duty 3-5 days per week.
Additional requirements:
- Experience in embedded software developing (optional but strong plus).
- Knowledge of ARM (including development tools and IDE such as Eclipse, and Realview) (optional but strong plus).
- Knowledge of mass storage systems (hard disk), Flash memory (eMMC/NAND / NOR), and device drivers (optional but strong plus).
- Knowledge of mass storage interfaces such as ATA, SATA, and/or SAS/FC (optional but strong plus).
- Knowledge of flash translation layer, wear leveling, garbage collection (optional but strong plus).
Education
- MS or BS degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or other related engineering field.

· Extensive experience with typical tests systems used in the storage industry
· Expertise in the use of C and C++, scripting languages, programming tools and environments (Python is a plus)
· Experience of working in a sophisticated technology company
· Experience of the storage industry, in SSD, HDD, embedded storage systems or a related technology
· Understanding of storage interfaces including UFS, eMMC is a plus
· Experience with advanced NAND flash and other non-volatile storage is a plus
· Experienced with lab tools: LA, OSC, TRACE
