Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Developer to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
General responsibilities:
· You will drive strategic technical leadership
· Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
· Develop and test high quality products
· Perform trouble shooting and customer support
· Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
· Develop competence in technical domain
Role responsibilities:
· Use C/C++/Java to develop and unit test SW components running on MP/DSP for Multi-standard RAN products.
· Debug and troubleshooting SW bugs on MP/DSP environment or simulated environment.
· Some system and test work to support other team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent academy record.
- Careful minded with strong responsibility sense and strong learning desire.
- Solid C/C++/Java work experience. Past intern experience with C/C++/Java line-of-code more than 5k-10k is a big plus.
- Solid Linux kernel development experience is a plus. DSP development experience is also a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (in Chinese). Excellent written English skills.
