四、主讲教师简介:
朱鹏程,教授,博士生导师。2009年毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,获工学博士学位。2013年12月至2014年12月受国家留学基金资助在美国哥伦比亚大学进行博士后研究。长期从事移动通信基础理论与关键技术研究,在移动通信网络规划与小区边缘效应理论、分布式MIMO无线传输理论与方法、移动通信系统能量效率优化理论与方法、无线信道状态信息获取与反馈技术等方面取得了重要研究成果。先后承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项等国家级科研项目二十余项。发表论文100余篇,获国家发明专利授权10余项。担任《中国科学:信息科学》青年编委及ICC、GLOBECOM等国际会议TPC委员。2018年获得江苏省杰出青年基金项目资助。

Course Introduction (including teaching goals and requirements) within 300 words:
“Modern Mobile Communications” is a major elective course with total 36 credit hours and 2 credits. This course is dedicated to the graduate students majored in communication and information systems. Lecture, seminar and self-study will be used as the teaching methods and mastering the principle of mobile communications, following the latest technical development and cultivating innovation capacity are the goals of teaching. In the examination, the students are required to hand a research report related to the course and the grades are based on the assessment of the reports.

Brief Introduction of Chief lecturer:
Pengcheng Zhu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2001 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2009. He is now a Professor with the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University. His research interests lie in the areas of wireless communications and mobile networks, including 5G/6G mobile communication systems, cellular architecture, distributed MIMO, and mmWave communications.
