东南大学信息科学与工程学院青年首席教授,博士生导师,国家重点研发计划项目青年首席科学家,国家级青年人才(海外),江苏省杰青,科睿唯安全球高被引科学家,爱思唯尔中国高被引科学家,江苏省特聘教授。研究领域为无线通信中的信号处理,包括传输设计,信道估计与定位,通感一体化,AI辅助通信等。2010年本科毕业于东南大学信息科学与工程学院,2015年博士毕业于东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室(直博)。2015年到2016年在英国肯特大学从事博士后工作,参与欧盟地平线2020项目研究。2016年到2019年在英国伦敦玛丽女王大学(罗素集团,通信专业软科世界排名第26、英国第2)担任高级研究员。2019年至2021年担任英国伦敦玛丽女王大学助理教授(永久教职)兼博士生导师,2021年12月底起加入东南大学移动通信国家重点实验室。 近年来在IEEE TIT、TSP、JSAC、JSTSP、TWC、TCOM等IEEE权威期刊发表论文200余篇,其中第一/通信作者IEEE期刊论文140余篇,28篇ESI高被引论文(引用前1%),8篇ESI热点文章(引用前1‰),1篇亮点论文。另外,发表/录用通信领域旗舰会议ICC、Globecom等国际会议论文100余篇。谷歌学术总引用1.9万余次,H因子为70。在IEEE信号处理学会、国际会议等作特邀报告30余次。 获2022年度IEEE通信学会伦纳德·亚伯拉罕奖、2022年度IEEE通信协会亚太杰出青年研究奖、2024年度IEEE通信学会Fred W. Ellersick奖、IEEE通信学会CTTC早期成就奖(大陆首位获奖者)、IEEE通信学会SPCC早期成就奖(全球每年仅一位)、2023年度IEEE通信学会海因里希·赫兹提名奖、2024年IEEE信号处理学会最佳论文提名奖等奖项。入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家(2023, 2024),爱思唯尔中国高被引科学家,AI 2000最有影响力学者等。 担任国内顶级期刊Engineering青年编委以及中国科学信息科学编委。担任IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters、IEEE Communications Letters等6个IEEE期刊编委以及通信领域顶级期刊IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications客座编辑。领衔组织4个关于可重构智能表面(Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface,RIS)技术的IEEE期刊专刊,包括信号处理领域顶级杂志IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing和车载通信领域权威期刊IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine。担任IEEE WCNC 2024 Workshop主席和IEEE ICCT 2022 TPC Co-chair。作为初始创始人之一共同创办IEEE通信学会关于可重构智能超表面的新技术倡议组织,负责Workshop和Symposia等专题。担任通信领域旗舰会议IEEE International Conference on Communications 2025 无线通信领域的Symposia主席。 团队经费充足,潘存华主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、江苏省杰青、国家自然科学基金外国资深专家团队项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目课题等多项国家级项目及课题,同时主持多项产业界合作项目,进行产学研合作。团队配置覆盖Sub-6G和毫米波频段的完整收发机平台(基于NI-USRP 410和毫米波相控阵等),可供学生验证所提算法在实际通信系统中的性能。团队同时配置完整的260GHz-400GHz太赫兹信道测量仪器平台以及通感一体化硬件平台等,可供对工程研究感兴趣的同学从事科研。 本人手把手指导学生做科研,包括文献阅读、研究想法、数学推导、仿真和论文写作等。独立指导1位学生入选海外优青,独立指导1位学生入选欧盟玛丽居里学者,(联合)培养十余位学生获国家奖学金,培养一位硕士生入选首届东南大学研究生校长奖学金(东南大学研究生最高荣誉,全校每年仅10位硕士生获奖)等。 | |
